Uses for Healthy spice

VEGETABLE SOUP

 
1.5 litre Vegetable Stock
2 Leeks chopped
2 Celery chopped
2 Carrots chopped
1 Green Chili finely sliced
2 tbl spns Tomato Puree
2 Bay Leaves
2 tbl spns Parsley chopped
1 tbl spn Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbl spn Healthy Spice
 
Pre-heat the frying pan and add some low calorie cooking spray. Sauté the vegetables for a couple of minutes. Pour the stock into the vegetables. Add in the tomato puree, chilli and bay leaves. Simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar. Season with the Healthy Spice Blend and add chopped parsley to garnish.
