Uses for MEAT SEASONING

Preparation of Seared Chicken

SEARED CHICKEN

 

600g Chicken
1 Tb Soy sauce
Onions (sliced)
Meat Seasoning

Brush both sides of the chicken with soy sauce. Grind sufficient Meat Seasoning to coat both sides of the chicken. Let stand for 5 min. Heat cast iron pan with 2 Table spoon oil and when hot, sear the chicken to desired doneness. Remove chicken from the pan and keep hot while you deglaze the pan. Deglaze: Put two sliced onions into the pan from which you have just removed the chicken. As you cook, stir the pan to deglaze the drippings. Season with salt if necessary. Serve onions on the chicken.
