Uses for SPICE SENSATION

Preparation of Curried Green Bean

CURRIED GREEN BEANS

 

2 Tablespoon oil
300g Fresh green beans
1 Onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
½ tsp. Turmeric
100 ml. coconut milk
1 Tablespoon Spice Sensation

Cut the beans into 1” pieces.  Heat the oil in a saucepan; add the chopped onion & garlic.  Sauté until onions are limp.  Add the beans, turmeric, Spice Sensation and coconut milk.  Bring to boil and then simmer on medium heat just until beans are tender. 


ROASTED SUMMER VEGETABLES

4 Yellow onions peeled and cut in sixths
2 Medium Zucchini cut in ½” circles
1 Large Eggplant cut in ½ in” circles
12 Asparagus cut into 2” pieces
10 Mushrooms cut depending on size
15 Green beans cut into 2” pieces
1/3 cup Olive oil
3 Cloves garlic (crushed)

Place cut vegetables in a large bowl.  Drizzle with olive oil mixed with crushed garlic.  Liberally grind the Spice Sensation into the vegetables.  Grill on a hot Bar BQ or in a hot oven until medium brown.
