The Foundation of Goodness was established in 1999 to develop a one of a kind holistic rural community development model which today delivers a wide range of programmes to over 35,000 beneficiaries every year from 500+ villages across Sri Lanka, free of charge.
Since its conception - the Foundation of Goodness and its endeavours has been the driving force behind the Gourmet Goodness brand.

The Foundation of Goodness has worked extensively following the 2004 tsunami that devastated the lives of thousands of Sri Lankans
The Foundation of Goodness also provides opportunities
for volunteerism and has established a variety of Sustainable Income Generation avenues to bolster the delivery
and longevity of their humanitarian programmes.
The Gourmet Goodness brand was born out of these endeavours, seeking to bring great tasting food that supports a cause.
A portion of sales will go towards supporting the extensive community development initiatives of the Foundation of Goodness.
